Public meetings of the municipal council are held at city hall in Grenville-sur-la-Rouge, every second Tuesday of the month, at 7 p.m. The majority of the sessions are also recorded and rebroadcast in audio format below. Any citizen can attend public meetings. Access is provided for any disabled person wishing to attend. The mayor chairs each meeting in which the elected officials participate, as well as the clerk, the secretary-treasurer and the director general. The President maintains order and decorum.
